With flexibility in mind, The Montage Ballrooms on level 1 can be combined into a mass space. Be it the Sarah Grand & The Alexandra or Deanah's View & The Alexandra; or why not all three. Capacity - up to 1200 seated guests, accompanied by 180° picturesque waterviews.

SARAH GRAND BALLROOM (Level 1)

This space combines the Sarah Grand & The Alexandra ballrooms for a seating arrangement up to 750 guests, banquet setting. Featuring a double terrace perfect for welcome beverages or evening cocktails, pristine water views and a grand palatial area for any style of event you have in mind.

SARAH GRAND (Level 1)

Follow the sweeping staircases overlooking Iron Cove Bay, walk through the private foyer & enter the Sarah Grand Ballroom. Perhaps, to further suit your convenience, take the lift access directly into the spacious private room & be seated to luxuriate in a gala dinner with a menu that is exclusively designed for you. Take time out & indulge in refreshments & Montage Signature cocktails on the grand outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden ambience & 180° views of the water. This large room is perfect for a product launch, show room, concert, awards night, car shows, charity ball, conference & any major event.

THE ALEXANDRA (Level 1)

Experience originality in the boutique space of The Alexandra Lounge. Situated on the first floor, between the Sarah Grand & Deanah's View, enter ''The Alex'' via the stairs overlooking Iron Cove Bay or for further comfort, via the lift access. Before entering the room, indulge in a–la–minute canapés & network with other delegates in the quaint foyer. Step on to the outdoor terrace for a prominent & relaxing atmosphere whilst the waterviews entertain you. The Alex is suitable for product launches, conferences, private dinners, breakout rooms, breakfast rooms, Christmas parties, cocktail parties, Gala dinners & anything else you have in mind.

DEANAH'S VIEW BALLROOM (Level 1)

Situated on Level 1, Deanah's View Ballroom is created when The Alexandra & Deanah's View event rooms is combined. This palatial space welcomes any style of event; be it a banquet setting for up to 580 seated guests, cocktail gathering for 700 guests or a grand space to show off your upcoming new product. Deanah's View Ballroom features its very own private foyer, ebony themed interiors and radiant chandeliers. Step out onto the balcony & enjoy scenic views of Iron Cove Bay.

DEANAH'S VIEW (Level 1)

Enter through a separate entrance into Deanah's View large private foyer & help yourself to a local wine from the bar. Proceed up the stairs or via the lift & enter a world of decadence. Take pride in the scenic views of Iron Cove Bay, that will enhance the atmosphere of your corporate event.
